  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Alexa or Alexis. As a result, I’ve decided not to return to this location as long as she is an employee there. It is unfortunate as this location is conveniently located just five minutes away from my house and now I will have to travel to Wall to visit SalonCentric. Although my experience was disappointing, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the other employees, particularly an African-American woman and a Hispanic young lady who intervened and helped de-escalate the situation while Alexa continued to verbally attack me. I have never been so disrespected by a store employee in my life, all because I decided to honor my right as a consumer and return blow dryers that did not fit my needs as a hair dresser. I was told by Alexa that I was “Frustrating her and messing up her inventory” and that she would never sell me another blow dryer again!

  I love coming to this location. Everyone is well versed in the products sold and i’m always met with a smile. Special shout out to Alexis which i’ve personally seen helping multiple guests at once without a sweat. Always very caring and friendly.

  Very rude staff, Never have I met such nasty and unprofessional employees. Debra V. a older lady with short hair very loudly told me that her register was short $80 one day so I owed the store money in front of a full store of customers! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing I would never leave a store knowing I didn’t give the correct amount I told her that I Vividly remember giving her the correct amount or cash for my order that was $190! 2 days prior, Because my salon centric credit card was maxed out! She of course counted the money serval times that day bc she was very unfriendly towards me that day as well I don’t think she is use to Hispanic people being licensed, so I had asked her if she could please look back at the video camera because I know 100% I had gave the money! After I had told her it was 2 days ago she goes “ oh yeah thats not you,The money went missing a week ago” and that the register was off because the person tried paying Apple Pay but whatever the reason was that they were short money it had nothing to do with me and instead of her asking me first she was so certain that it was me! I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable and definitely feel like she was accusing me because I’m a Hispanic girl bc she said “ the girl had dark hair” yeah right half of the world has dark hair you don’t go around accusing people for a mistake that you made! All she had to do was look at the receipt date to know it couldn’t be me but she was already certain it was me before getting her facts straight. People like this should not be working with paying customers! I definitely feel like the older lady’s discriminate and profile you in this store. such a shame I opened up a credit card in this store! The only nice employee is the younger girl

  Great service , great prices, great variety of Products . open only for licensed professionals . Check them out on instagram -saloncentric.oakhurst New Brands every so long - recently added pulpriot faction8 permanent color line, Fatboy, IGK, dermalogica & many more - if you’re not licensed they’re happy to recommend a salon that would carry the brand you’re looking for within the area .
