  I was SO excited to see Aulo finally open! It’s a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. I walked in to a warm greeting and a gorgeously designed space. I chose Aulo to do my lashes for the first time ever and they did not disappoint!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The spa is absolutely beautiful inside—every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and they truly didn’t miss a beat. The space feels luxurious, with high-end amenities and an elegant, relaxing atmosphere. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire visit feel effortless. My only suggestion would be to lower the music volume slightly so it’s easier to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. Overall, I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

  I recently decided to try this salon for the first time after seeing a $90 gel pedicure listed online, and I was looking forward for the experience. The service itself was good (with the exception of the nail clipper not being able to cut the nails and her having to use the file instead. I was also told all of the colors that were shown to me for reference they did not have but had something similar) and the staff was professional. However, I was surprised at check out to learn there was an additional $20 charge to remove my gel polish, bringing my total to $110 before tip. While I understand that businesses may charge for gel removal, I didn’t notice that fee when booking online. I think it would be helpful if this additional cost were made more prominent during the booking process so first-time clients know exactly what to expect before their appointment. Overall, the pedicure was nice, but the unexpected charge left me feeling caught off guard. Greater pricing transparency would make for a much better customer experience.

  Aulo is a warm and welcoming Spa. My facial was done by Nia who walk me through the process and described the products that would be used. She made sure I was comfortable before getting start and if I had any question. I left there glowing. Linda

  My partner and I are members, and after our first visit, we are so satisfied! I enjoyed a great massage while he had a facial, and both services really good. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting.The complimentary drinks while you wait made the experience feel extraaaaa and we felt cared for. We’re already looking forward to our next appointments!
