  Got a catseye gel manicure here today from Nikole. Loved how detail oriented she was to get everything just right. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, conversation and overall experience. Very happy with my nails!

  Awful experience. My manicure is hideous and looks two weeks old. I notified the service provider several times across the entirety of the appointment that there was polish on the sides of my fingers, that there were large gaps between my cuticle and the gel. The service provider took a personal call during my appointment twice. At the end of my service when I told her that I was dissatisfied she shared that she was new at this. I don’t appreciate being experimented on. I would strongly implore you to add experience levels behind the names of service providers so guests can voluntarily take a chance with burgeoning nail techs rather than being tricked into thinking they would be serviced by an experienced professional. The front desk attendant was pleasant and welcoming. I am deeply disappointed and cancelled the second portion of my service because I was unwilling to take the risk a second time. I also cancelled an upcoming appointment I pre-booked in the following weeks. This place has so much potential.

  I had a 4 PM appointment at Aulo and arrived a little early but was seen right away, which I greatly appreciated. The customer service was great and my pedicure for my mother and I was even better. Both Aaliyah and Nicole were wonderful. My Brazilian wax with Nia was good however when I got home, I realized that a big piece of wax was left behind. I could understand maybe overlooking a little piece, but this was the size of half my pinky and unfortunately I didn’t get a mirror to see the area before I left to have it taken care of at the spa. All in all, the atmosphere was great but next time I’ll bypass the Brazilian and stick with the pedicures.

  I booked an appointment for 3:30 PM the day before. The next day, I contacted them to let them know that because of traffic, I might arrive around 4:00 PM. However, I actually arrived at 3:38 PM, only 8 minutes late. What bothered me was that when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was at 4:00 PM. I waited until 4:00, and then I was asked to wait a little longer. I waited 10 minutes, then 20, then 30 minutes, and eventually I was told that the waxing service was running behind. This was my first appointment at this spa, so I expected a more organized and professional experience. I had already informed them in advance that I might be late, and in the end I was only 8 minutes late. After making me wait for so long, I was then told that they could only do one area, even though I had booked two areas: underarms and Brazilian. If there was going to be such a long delay, I should have been informed instead of being left waiting without any clear update. The experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially as a first-time client.

  From the moment I walked in, I felt the calm energy in the space. The front desk was warm and friendly, and provided information on the best service for my needs. They offered light drinks before my service, which is a nice touch. The space is beautiful, clean and orderly - all elements to a pleasant experience for a spa. My nail tech, Aaliyah, was very gentle and took her time with my nails. She listened to my concerns and gave me some awesome hair tips as well lol Overall, I was very comfortable and satisfied with my service. I highly recommend checking out this establishment. :)
