    My stylist was absolutely amazing! All the stylists were great actually. They were professional but friendly. The best hair cuttery I’ve been to and this is coming from a very long time customer.

    An assistant manager, Katie (?), came in from the back of the store walking very angrily and picked up magazines and threw them on the chair next to where I was sitting. She made a very negative comment about the employees and THEIR maturity at the store and spoke rudely to my stylist. I do not know the reason for her coming in like that. She left as quickly as she came. I am usually one of the only customers during my visits, and I have observed negative behavior before from other stylists. Last month a customer had an appointment with a stylist who was late. She said that it was the second time she was late, and when offered to wait or have another stylist, she said no, I will find somewhere else to go. There should always be at least two stylists available at all times. You advertise that walk ins are welcome but there are rarely stylists to take them. I believe you should be greeted when you arrive, and I have seen my stylist and Taylor be very good at that. Others not so much. If you are there to work, be out on the floor and ready to answer phones and greet and take customers. Many stay in the back. Hey every place has a bad day or two, but over the last year or so, I have seen negative behavior more than ever before. Today’s behavior cemented my writing about it.
