    As Always I can always count on Ashley to do an awesome job for me. I always leave with exactly what I wanted. She takes the time to speak with you and listens to what you want and does exactly that. She is kind courteous and personable and never acts like she is bothered but instead offers suggestions, and shows you how to achieve the look you have when you get home. She has been my stylist for 4-5 years. I cannot say enough. If I ever go to someone else because she wasn’t available I’m always disappointed. I know when I leave there my hair will look fantastic. And it’s always nice to see her and chat. Very relaxing. Not hectic or rushed.

    We accidentally went to the wrong Hair Cuttery location in Mount Laurel (there are three nearby), but the team was incredibly helpful. We had an appointment at a different store, and when we walked in, they checked the system and confirmed it was the wrong location. I asked if they could still take my sister since she just needed a haircut, and a stylist (I didn’t get her name) happily volunteered to help. She was very nice, professional, and did a great job. Even though it was a mix-up on our end, the staff made it easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for friendly, accommodating service.

    I got my hair touched up yesterday by Alisha at Larchmont Commons Shopping Center on RT 38 and when I got home I realized Alisha missed a lot of spots that didn’t get colored. I was so upset because now I have to return to the salon when I already had plans to go somewhere with my family but have to go to the salon to see if someone with more experience in color than Alisha, can fix my hair. This should not be happening especially when they raised there prices for color. At least hire professionals that know what they’re doing and not stylist with no experience or knowledge on how to do hair! I will never get my hair done by Alisha again and make sure I check how long the stylist has been doing hair for. Alisha SUCKED at coloring hair so watch out when you book with her!!

    Great experience. It was my first time in a Hair Cuttery. The lady at the front was all smiles and super friendly, took me as a walk-in no problem. The lady who did my hair was open, honest, and listened to my thoughts. She offered great ideas. And only $2 more than Cost Cutters. I will be back for my next hair appointment, for sure!

    I had an appointment for Sunday, August 23 at 10:00. I got there early and waited until 10:15. The shop never opened! I had driven there from Browns Mills especially for the appointment. I called numerous times on Monday morning with my calls going to a recording. So, what happened? Since I had an appointment, it would be nice if someone called and, at lt, asked if I wanted to reschedule. Very poor customer service
