    Great experience. It was my first time in a Hair Cuttery. The lady at the front was all smiles and super friendly, took me as a walk-in no problem. The lady who did my hair was open, honest, and listened to my thoughts. She offered great ideas. And only $2 more than Cost Cutters. I will be back for my next hair appointment, for sure!

    I had an appointment for Sunday, August 23 at 10:00. I got there early and waited until 10:15. The shop never opened! I had driven there from Browns Mills especially for the appointment. I called numerous times on Monday morning with my calls going to a recording. So, what happened? Since I had an appointment, it would be nice if someone called and, at lt, asked if I wanted to reschedule. Very poor customer service

    Amy was my stylist! She gave me exactly what I needed in a cut, and some great hair advice! She was also so kind to take me as a walk-in on a busy Saturday! I will see her again in 5 weeks!

    I have visited this salon twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time I came in, I asked for blonde highlights, but my hair came out orange instead of the blonde highlights I requested. They did offer to fix it, which I appreciated, but the result still wasn’t what I was asking for. I recently decided to come back for just a haircut, but unfortunately I had another disappointing experience. My hair was cut unevenly, and I ended up having to fix it myself at home to make it even. I also felt like my appointment was rushed, especially after another client came in shortly after me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but after already having trust issues from past hair experiences, it was frustrating to leave feeling unhappy with my hair again. I came in hoping to feel comfortable and confident trusting someone with my hair, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
