  Absolutely amazing! I walked in there with waist length hair and left with a textured bob haircut! I was so nervous, but Morgan did an amazing job! Very friendly, very communicative, letting me know what she thought, what looked good, what didn't...and very friendly! Unfortunately I didn't take a before and after, but it was a HUGE change and thankfully I was in the right place! 100% recommended!!

  Omg y’all!!! If yall want curtain bangs come here!! Perfectly cut, except that was two years ago… my house got flooded in that town. My landlord never let us live there again…

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Over $400 Wasted! I wanted to surprise my girlfriend by treating her to a professional highlights appointment. We specifically paid more for a “Master Stylist,” expecting a higher level of expertise and quality. Unfortunately, after spending over $400, the results were absolutely terrible. My girlfriend has had her hair done by professionals all around the world, and she told me this was probably the worst experience and result she’s ever had. She was extremely frustrated and disappointed. To make matters worse, she went back to give the salon a second chance to fix the problem, and somehow the results ended up being even worse! What I find completely unacceptable is that after such a bad experience, they assigned the exact same stylist to supposedly fix the damage. If a customer returns because a stylist did a poor job, why would you have that same person attempt to fix it? We paid a premium price for what was supposed to be premium service, and instead received an incredibly disappointing experience, twice. A complete disappointment. Definitely not the quality or professionalism you would expect at this price point.

  This was my first time at Bangz, and it will be my last. My stylist was very friendly, but the service received was far from the master stylist service I paid for. My highlights came out extremely patchy with rough foiling lines, and my keratin was applied incorrectly, the flat ironing was done in larger sections. Over the phone, I asked for a manager to be present when I went back and explained to my stylist what went wrong with the color, which I was told would happen but no one showed up. The salon clearly didn't take my concerns seriously. I only let the stylist correct the worst part of my hair, because why would I trust the person who did a bad job to fix the rest? On the phone, I also asked for a different person to do the keratin, and that wasn't accommodated. I only lighten once a year to limit damage, and I wasted it here. After paying almost $1,000 for two master services, I now have to go elsewhere and bleach my hair again. I gave the salon the chance to make it right, and I my concerns where not taken seriously since a manager (or anyone else) never showed up. At this point, the only way to make it right is a refund. If Bangz truly wants to be an accountable business, I'm waiting to hear from them.

  I had my hair colored for the first time and was extremely nervous, but Ayla Ray made my experience wonderful! I love the way it came out, and I’m excited to see her again
