- AOAnnie OAug 3, 20262.0The person working on me was Toni(not sure how she spells her name). I asked for layered and bang trim but the bangs to around eye level. Also hair color to be between dark brown to brunette but not light brown. What I ended up with is a good hair layered but too short of bangs and hair color that doesn't looked like it was colored except that I know it was bc all my white/ gray hairs were colored. Even she said my hair color looks same, so she offered for me to come back and her to redo for free to get to the brown I wanted. I myself is not a professional so I allowed her to make decisions on how she was going to get me to the color I wanted and I trusted her on the hair cut and trim. I like the cut but bangs was trimmed way too short and now it looks like I had a bowl cut. My hair is virgin black as I have not colored for 12 plus years she should have advised to do bleach instead of coloring but she decided to color. Honestly I didnt know difference until 2nd visit. Now my 2nd visit is done im still not satisfied however it is not black. Also after she finish coloring and washing she states the blowout is not included. I dont expect blowout but she left me with hair still dripping wet and I had to ask her for a towel to try to dry as much as possible as I didnt not want to leave dripping wet regardless of the raining outside. I gave 2 star as at least she was nice but professionalism she was on her phone alot as she was dming a guy and she was excited to talk to him, and I dont think coloring is her strong suit, or she just was way too distracted.

My so called specialist has taken me for granted. I have to after hair dye take off my face myself now(?). And she did not do a 2nd shampoo after color treatment. She told me at a request the customer asks for a 2nd shampoo(?) I was left with dye on my neck and ears. She also was trying to cover up her mistake as walked back up into her chair after shampoo and my neck was scrubbed a lot. Means there is dye . Then tells me, your hair is curly (its wavy and not a coil hair) so Im charged more for a blowdry. My length is just below my shoulders Im charged for that as well. Because we shared texts I told her the next day about this and she told me I was harassing her. Snide text to me and that was enough for me to just let me know to move on. yet in my presence calls the next customer that she is done early to head over. And I felt rushed and was.
