Visited for the first time yesterday for my lips! Annalise and Dr.Kim were so amazing! I’m so thankful to have found them and and the prices are the best I’ve seen, it’s a drive for me but it’s definitely worth it! Follow their Instagram and you get to see the amazing work they do and they’re great prices and they always have flash specials which I love especially being on a budget and not working and still being able to treat. Myself is something that I totally appreciate the med spot is super cute aesthetically pleasing, and very clean. They listen to what I want done answered any of the questions I had and went above and beyond.

I waited a long time before writing this review because I truly wanted to give Balance Point every opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, after months of waiting, I feel people deserve to know about my experience. I underwent a Morpheus8 treatment that left me with permanent marks on my face, including around my mouth, under my eyes, and on my neck. These are areas with thinner skin that require extra caution during treatment. Instead of improving my appearance, I have spent countless hours, emotional energy, and now thousands of dollars pursuing laser treatments to try to correct the damage. When I returned to the office to have my concerns evaluated, I was shocked by how I was treated. Rather than listening to me with compassion, I felt dismissed and treated with hostility. The owner was aggressive and defensive, and the atmosphere in the office felt more focused on protecting the business than helping a patient who was genuinely suffering. The physician initially appeared professional and told me they had contacted the Morpheus8 manufacturer for guidance. However, as the appointment continued, I felt he became increasingly dismissive. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I felt that he aligned himself with the office’s position rather than advocating for the patient in front of him. One interaction that stood out was being criticized for taking out an orange to eat while sitting in an office that had a table of snacks available for patients. It was a small moment, but it reflected the lack of kindness and empathy I experienced throughout the visit. The aesthetician who examined me was polite, but I was told there was nothing wrong with my face, despite the visible changes that another physician later documented. Being told that nothing was there when I could clearly see the damage—and when another medical professional recognized it—was incredibly upsetting. I asked for help. I asked for a refund. I explained that I would have to spend thousands of dollars on corrective laser treatments because the damage was on my face, not somewhere easily hidden. I even asked if they could recommend or provide a cream or lotion that might help. Every request was denied. I left feeling completely abandoned. What hurt the most wasn’t only the outcome of the procedure—it was how I was treated afterward. Complications can happen with any cosmetic treatment. What defines a practice is how they respond when something goes wrong. I was hoping for honesty, compassion, and a willingness to help. Instead, I felt dismissed, denied, and left to deal with the consequences on my own. This experience also taught me an important lesson: med spas are not the same as seeing a board-certified dermatologist or a physician who specializes in skin conditions and complications. I wish I had understood that difference before making this decision. I have maintained documentation of my communications and my experience because I wanted to give the practice every chance to resolve this appropriately. Sadly, that never happened. I sincerely hope others have better experiences than I did. However, I also believe prospective patients deserve to know that if they experience a serious complication, my experience was that the support and accountability I expected simply were not there. If you’re considering Morpheus8—or any cosmetic procedure—please do your research, understand the risks, ask who is actually performing the treatment, what their level of training is, and who will care for you if something goes wrong. I wish someone had warned me. These are only some of the pictures. The first one is when the Morpheus was done. There were spots on both corners of my mouth that were permanent under my eyes and on my neck

I came to Dr David Kim for lip filler what a horrible experience I had! He was very, very rough then I came back a week later for a little bit of filler in my Marinette lines. He bruised me worse than I’ve ever been bruised by getting any type of filler in my life. I am still bruised after a week and at that point, my lips became uneven. They were more even when I went there and he refused to give me more filler. He wanted to charge me more money because of their policy. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been I will never go back. I work in the area In the service industry and will be sure to share my experience with all of my clients that also live in the Medford area…

I love it here! I’m here so much people think I work there 😆 The treatments are amazing. The specials cannot be beat. If you follow their social media page they have pop-up sales that will blow your mind. The facials are wonderful. The staff is amazing. The body treatments Work. My skin looks so good because of the time I take taking care of it at Balance Point. I love the diamond polar plus nano treatments. I even got some some unsightly scars on my body and it’s helping them disappear. The NAD treatments and the other IM injections do wonders for my inflammation . Victoria does such a great job on my Lashes and Spray Tan as well . I highly recommend Balance Point.
