I went in here recently wanting to go blonde, I have realistic expectations and with how my hair was I told the lady that I wanted to be blonde by the end of June and that I was fine with going brown this time and working our way up. The previous stylist that I had here had done my hair in the past, I asked her to put dark brown in my hair instead of black, well this stylist starts putting on the color remover and bleach, turns out the last stylist completely ignored me and put black in my hair anyways. Anyways to make a long story short, I went in with realistic expectations, the stylist even said so herself as well as a healthy head of hydrated hair. I walked out with my head being 3 different colors and completely dead, I’m talking it’s stringy when it’s wet, if I wanted to fry my hair off I would’ve done it myself at home. I still paid the $200 because I didn’t want to argue, I just wanted to go in my car and cry. Also I can’t touch my head for 6-8 weeks because of how damaged it is, so I’m left with ugly, dead hair. Do with this information what you will, but I will not be returning. The poor girl looked like she felt horrible at the end, so I hope she will do better with the next person she gets in.
