  Horrible and lazy staff. They make no attempt to help app shoppers like door dash. They will see you struggling and pretend they don’t see you. They don’t consider that door dash shoppers are also customers. I refuse to buy from this store based on their horrible customer service. I literally spent 25 mins struggling to find products while employees avoid me, finally, I cancelled the order and left

  Other than just being an amazing store because it is a Sephora, the ladies and gentlemen that work here are extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific product, pigmented eyeshadow Twin Flames by Dynessa Myricks in the shade Mystic Fire. I had just driven from the Sephora at Kohl's which did not have the product, and was a little disappointed when we could not find it at the sagemore location either, it was not in the Dynessa Myers section. But in their system it said they had three in stock so they checked the back, they checked all around the store and found it in new products. I was impressed with how much help I got even though I was only buying two products. These people definitely know their stuff and that is why I shop here plus the amazing products thank you so much guys!

  Horrible customer service and the most unhelpful staff. I asked someone for help with color matching a foundation. He recommended a different brand’s foundation and proceeded to pick out 6 shades too dark and applied it on me and when I said it’s too dark, he said “oh well, never mind then!” And walked away. Then I asked another staff member to match me in the original brand and she didn’t even look or try any samples on me. She just said “yeah probably that one.” Are they being paid to just stand around and talk to one another?
