- VMV M4 days ago1.0Never again!Location: Marlton – Raymour & Flanigan Plaza Hair Salon I scheduled a 1:30PM appointment with a Level 2 stylist and checked in early at 1:20 PM. By 1:50PM, I was still sitting there waiting while multiple walk-ins were taken ahead of me. When the receptionist finally addressed me, she told me the stylist was with a customer. After the customer checked out, the stylist spent another 10 minutes chatting with them at the register instead of taking me for my already-late appointment. When she finally took me back, she gave me a rude look and blamed the delay on the customer being late. I really regret staying. What should have been a simple, quick trim turned into a terrible experience. My healthy hair is ruined—the cut is uneven and the ends are completely frayed and split, almost as if dull scissors were used. Between the excessive wait, the attitude, and the quality of the haircut, I will never return.
