- VGViolet GApr 13, 20261.0I’ve had more than one bad experience at this Salon Centric, and this is the second time dealing with the same employee, who has a rude attitude and poor customer service. She was dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue. The first time I interacted with this employee, she was disrespectful and not helpful at all. This most recent time, she was calmer; however, she still responded with attitude and acted in ways that were very impolite for an employee toward a customer. Management needs to do better with hiring and training, because this kind of behavior makes customers not want to come back. With so many reviews likely about the same employee, it’s surprising that nothing has been done to correct this. Unbelievable.

- MMMackenzie MorattoFeb 22, 20251.0I have been having issues finding a shampoo that works with my hair and a rep recommended a shampoo conditioner from redkin and told me I reallllyyyyyy needed a spray in product if I was going to straighten my hair. I paid almost 100$ for three items and they left so much scum and residue in my hair. I went to return the items and the woman at the counter refused to take them back with such a nasty attitude. “Because they were used”. Of course they were used, a rep from your store recommended I use them. Trash customer service, bad attitudes, poor advice. GO TO SALLYS EDIT AFTER READING REVIEWS: It seems I’m not the only person who has experienced rudeness from the woman with dark hair. Good luck with her as your face of the store.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
