    Eddy helped me find the perfect foundation today. He definitely knows his stuff. The rest of the staff was helpful as well while I shopped. Everything was neat and organized.

    I wish there was an option of no stars for this specific Sephora. The rudeness my wife experienced this evening by the assistant manager and beauty advisor with shake your head type attitude was unacceptable. My wife is recovering from surgery of her knee and is on crutches. Her and our son went to this Sephora to do a return as today was her first day of able to drive. She missed the return window by one day according to the system but it was actually 30 days today. She had asked if there can be an exception to be made and both the assistant manager that was on duty on 06/08/2026 in the evening hours and the beauty advisor told my wife to call customer service number. She called and the customer service representative had mentioned to my wife that since it is a store purchase and not an online purchase, that the store manager can help and that they should know that customer service representative of the 877 number was only for online purchase inquiries. When my wife explained to both what the customer service representative said, the beauty advisor put the bag back on the top counter towards my wife and said there’s no exception and they can’t do anything about it. We can understand if it was more than a day pass or few days after the window period of returns, but this was on the 30th day on the dot. My wife was in tears as she was in pain from standing so long at the registers, and the assistant manager and beauty advisor with the rudest attitude said there was absolutely nothing they can do. My wife and son went to another Sephora store and that manager of the second store was so compassionate and empathic and was so kind, returned the items without any hesitation and without any problems. The manager of the second store even offered to my wife a chair so she can rest without standing for so long. The assistant manager and beauty advisor of the Lawrenceville store need to be more nicer to the customers and be more empathic and without the shake of the head attitude. I wish I could’ve made the return for my wife but out of state for work. This assistant manager and beauty advisor who thought her crap doesn’t smell, needs to be more nicer and more respectful to its customers. As I read from other reviews, this store in particular is notorious for being absolutely rude! The attitude of the assistant manager and the beauty advisor was crap!

    If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is not welcoming at all contrary to other customers’ experiences, but maybe it’s because I’m a POC. Felt like associates were unnecessarily keeping an extra eye on me. Wouldn’t recommend, find a different sephora to shop at.

    My recent trip to Sephora was a true indulgence. The store itself was a sensory feast, with beautiful displays. It was amazing. I am speechless!The overall experience was luxurious and left me feeling pampered.
