I’m a Sephora credit card member and regularly shop at Sephora, so this was especially surprising. I couldn’t find an employee for several minutes when I needed assistance with a cologne and had to walk around multiple times before finding someone. At checkout, the employee was extremely rude — they didn’t say a single word to me and simply pointed at the card reader for payment. Overall, it was a very strange and unwelcoming experience. Because of this visit, I chose to shop at the Mercer Mall location instead.

First time ever I walk out with a product that actually matches my tone. She was very kind and I definitely want to return so she can help me further with other products. TBH I’ve been to this Sephora many times before and I’ve never experienced a rude behavior from any of the SAs.
