Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. I drove 50 minutes and I don’t regret it. Upon opening int my package I was happily surprised to see they even threw in some samples! I had never received before nor did I know I could ask for them! I’ll be returning. Thank you!

The shop wasn't even busy, but there was zero energy—no greetings, no offers for product demos or samples, and nobody asking if I needed help. I actually had to approach a staff member myself, and they pretty much just ignored me. I still spent money today because I love the products, but the lack of customer service left a really bad taste in my mouth. Honestly, I’ll just be ordering online from now on. Lush is known for its amazing, friendly staff, so I really hope management can get the Newport team back on track."
