  Single-handedly the WORST experience I have ever had. I went in asking for bangs and was told the service would cost $45. I thought the price made sense since everything has become more expensive. However, I already had bangs and only needed them trimmed. When the hairdresser—I will not mention their name here—took me in, I showed her a picture of Dakota Johnson and also referenced Anne Hathaway’s bangs. I am including the Dakota Johnson picture with this review. After the first cut, my bangs reached my nose, just above the tip. I explained that when I styled them with a round brush, they would lift and appear shorter. She responded, “Volume.” I then clearly told her that I wanted my bangs to fall at the rim of my glasses. She began asking which salon I normally go to and the name of my regular stylist. When she showed me the second cut, my bangs had been cut to my eyebrows. At that point, I thought, “Okay.” She then blow-dried them with a round brush, causing the bangs to sit above my eyebrows. I again explained that I had wanted them to fall at the rim of my glasses because using a round brush would make them lift. She then told me that this was “the style.” She then put two hair clips in my hair, wet my roots, and proceeded to blow-dry them. At that point, I just wanted to leave the salon. When I went to pay, she asked for my phone number and my first and last name. Apparently, she had to add me to her schedule before she could charge me. The total cost of this experience was $12. She does not know how to cut bangs for round face. Now, I am praying my appointment with my regular stylist can fix this disaster. I am very disappointed since my birthday is in a couple of days. I will need to resort wearing hats and headbands to cover this cut.

  MY HAIR IS HORRIBLE. Im currently crying so much because my hair is so ugly. I went here two days ago and I asked for face framing pieces. Its so choppy and now I have two pieces on the side of my face that arent even blended in with the rest of my hair. Its so horrible im crying hysterically. She did not follow the reference photo and just took it upon herself to chop. I already felt ugly before this haircut and now I feel even worse about myself.

  I had an appointment with Lexi. She was the absolute best! I have 4C hair and felt at ease in her hands. She walks you through the process and answers any questions you may have. I will definitely be booking with her again! And she’s super outgoing, which is a plus!

  Absolutely adore here! Kerri ensures my appointments are always confirmed and checks me in with the most friendly and attentive nature. Absolutely adore having Robert trimming and styling my hair and Demaris being my stylist too! Two of the best stylist I've worked with...very attentive and very gentle on my hair....something I truly adore and appreciate having a sensitive scalp! Love it here! Thanks Kerri for always being a doll💓

  I left speechless!!! I asked for a butterfly cut and that’s exactly what I got and more! I had Lexi as my hair stylist and she was amazing and very sweet!
