  i went there today and i have been going to this location since they’ve opened up in 2021. they have gotten much ruder there when its been the same employees i’ve met since they have opened. i asked for a sample of the dr jarts cream and they gave me such a small sample to the point where i just threw it out. i asked for more and she said she couldn’t do it due to corporate when the sephoras at the mall do it without an issue. another time i went there recently, my brother was smelling perfumes and they accused them of stealing. i don’t know if they’ve just been ruder or all going through menopause but they are so rude there. i would rather shop online or go across the street to ulta. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. i have been going here since they opened and i am done.

  I was there just tonight and one of the employees was very rude with my daughter, she was trying to smell one of the fragrances and all of the sudden she appeared and talked to her really rude, she was acting like we were trying to steal, I’ll would never go back there, if this is what you want, you guys got it.

  Beautiful store ! The employees could not have been more unfriendly and unwelcoming. I felt very uncomfortable and won't be back.
