    I am a manager at a salon and had called this location a few days ago to ask about their shade swap program.i mentioned to the associate on the phone that I had wanted to switch from R and Co to Kevin Murphy. She said that was fine and to come in when the manager was working the next day. I went to the store the following day and had brought in a large bag of color that I had said I wanted to shade swatch for. I patiently waited for the manager to finish with a client and I proceed to pick out Kevin Murphy color. The associate was preparing the exchange for the manager and I said I would just get my phone out of the car and would be right back. I left my bag in the store and when I came back from my car I was aggressively meet with the associate outside with my bag in hand that began to explain they wouldnt take it back. I reiterated that that was not what was explained to me the prior day. She said they dont take clearance products ( which were only a few in the bag and told her that and that would be understandable to me) and then she said they dont take products back of brands they sell.in store. If that was explained to me on the phone then I would have not driven 30minutes to this location . As someone who has been in the retail and beauty business for over 20 years I was really disappointed with the way I was treated. My salon depends on Salon Centric and the owner of my salon spends quite a lot in store frequently. I will never visit this location again and I will be looking into other ways to get my supplies. This was just an unnecessary bad experience. The manager needs training in customer service and should have been the one to explain to me IN the store what the issue was, not the associate.

    Tara and the team are absolutely amazing and make every experience so easy. They care about their customers and know them on a personal level. Tara is always on point and has our orders ready as soon as possible to keep us running, and she keeps us informed on sales and education. By far the best SalonCentric I’ve been to, and I will drive the 40 minutes to shop here!

    This location BY FAR delivers the best experience you could ask for every time and that’s a huge thanks to the way Tara runs the store. I’ve never had a question that couldn’t be answered, or an order that wasn’t filled right away. Communication is clear , the store is spotless all the time , and these women are always clearly hard at work.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
