Every time I come in to purchase my beauty products, I’m treated with kindness, respect, and genuine attention, regardless of how I’m dressed or how I look. That kind of consistency and professionalism really means a lot to me. A special thank you to Alissa and Eleanor, who have always been so beautiful in their attitude, kind, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. There is also another beautiful associate whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but she reminds me of Elva Josephson from The Blue Lagoon. I also want to recognize two wonderful African American associates whose names I don’t know, but whose kindness, professionalism, and beautiful customer service have definitely stood out to me. And Chris as well. He always welcome me with a smile and creates such a positive atmosphere when you walk in. I truly appreciate a store where customers feel respected, welcomed, and cared for.
