  August 10: I came to Bond Hair Salon requesting full blonde highlights, but the result was nothing close to what I asked for. My hair was left partially gray, unevenly colored, and extremely fragile from the processing. What made the experience worse was that the front desk requested an additional $100 afterward because Jay had used more product. This extra charge was never clearly communicated in advance. If my thick hair required more time, additional materials, or a level of expertise the salon could not provide, that should have been discussed before the appointment. I appreciate the water and cappuccino, but hospitality does not compensate for damaged hair, unexpected charges, and results that are the opposite of what was requested. I do not want to be unfair, but this was deeply disappointing.

  omg If you want beautiful blended highlights/baby lights and a lived-in look go to Hannah!!!! She legit made my exact inspo pic come to life and I’m so so happy! Will be coming back to her again for sure.

  Juliza is the best!! After trying a few different salons and stylists, I found her in March 2025 and haven't gone to anyone else since. She always listens to exactly what I want and gives great hair tips and product recs. I trust her completely with my hair. She first cut it shorter like I wanted, and now she's helped me grow it to the longest it's ever been while keeping it healthy. My hair has never been in better shape. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely amazing experience with Ali! From start to finish, and was professional, friendly, and truly listened to what I wanted. The attention to detail and skill were outstanding. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back! 😊

  I had balayage done here right before my wedding and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the outcome. The color itself was fine, but just within a week, my hair became noticeably drier, much frizzier, and overly processed. Before this appointment, my hair was in very healthy condition, so the change had been quite dramatic. While I understand that lightening hair inevitably causes some damage, I wasn't expecting this level of dryness and breakage from a balayage service. The stylist was pleasant, but I wish there had been more care taken to preserve the health of my hair or more transparency about the potential level of damage. Edit - after reading my review, the management reached out to me and invited me back for a consultation, listened to my concerns, and offered me a complimentary treatment based on my needs. The treatment obviously hasn't magically undone the damage, but it seems slightly better, and I appreciate that they made the effort to address the situation rather than ignoring or dismissing my concerns. While I wish that this wasn't the situation to begin with, I will at least acknowledge that they tried to make an effort to rectify it. I still can't give them a glowing review because at the end of the day this was an absolute waste of money, and it's only going to cost me more to fix it and I won't get my wedding day back even if my hair health is restored. Cannot recommend Izze to anyone, maybe go with a senior stylist only.
