  This salon is overall amazing, but Rachel went above and beyond! She is incredibly kind and talented. She really took the time to listen to my hair goals and I absolutely loved the end product. It was worth every penny and more!

  Hi, I’m super confused why I was charged $100 for a super simple trim today. My color service with Courtney (who is fantastic) is usually $140 which I believe is an adequate price. I was asked if I wanted to add anything. I asked for a simple straight line trim. I was charged $100 for a trim on top of the $140 full color service? No heads up for something like this is not acceptable, it’s one hundred bucks. If I knew, I’d never ask for this because the trim was the most basic service that required the most basic skill and nearly no time. The whole service was also incredibly slow, I spent about 1hr 15 min longer than usual today for no good reason and that wasn’t because of the trim. Because the salon has a different person for every small service, it seemed like no one “owned” or cared for my entire experience.

  Brianna is the best! I needed a bridesmaid blowout to last overnight and she delivered! She also helped keep my nerves at bay for the stressful wedding weekend ahead. Couldn’t recommend more!

  My stylist Luz was so friendly and easy to work with. She was informative at every step and made sure it was a wonderful experience form beginning to end. This is my second time going to BOND for a wedding updo and I would recommend them over and over. My hair stays in place all night perfectly!
