    Marianna is Fantastic! I walked in, no appointment and lucked out being paired with this expert stylist. This is the best cut I've had in years. Marianne is also a great individual to converse with during service. As the saying goes - I'll be back!

    Chuck was great. He listen to what I actually wanted and gave suggestions as well. For running in with no appointment on holiday I couldn’t ask for better service.

    I received a text offering me a discount on a service for the next day. All I needed was a haircut, but they still honored the discount. Tenniel did a really good job on my hair and she gives a great shampoo. I also recommend Tiffany - she has done my hair many times.

    I decided to treat myself and get a blow out for a party I was attending. I booked for. 34 min appt with anyone (big mistake). I could not give zero stars unfortunately. The worst experience of my life at a hair salon was yesterday, June 13th. My hair came washed and wet and all I wanted was a blow out and some curls. Yes my hair is naturally thick and curly and long, not tight curls. Chuck seems like a nice person however he does not know how to style or dry hair. My scalp was burned on multiple occasions and locations, hair follicles pulled out and it took 1.5 hours to have it look super straight with fried looking ends. I was told he had to use these brushes for my hair. Painful physically and then some and it was $44?!?! Horrific. I had been there with Ashley, who not only blew out and curled my hair (with a curling iron), she washed and conditioned it first. And that entire process, with Ashley took maybe 1 hour 10 mins! Never book without selecting a specific person to do your hair; never book with anyone you don’t know especially if your hair has to be blow out and styled; and never book with a stranger to blow out your hair unless it is super fine. Honestly have a headache and burns on my scalp. I should not have paid a cent.
