Best part of the experience was her assuring the safety of all customers. She politely asked everyone to sanitize or wash (using one of their luxurious soaps!) their hands upon entry to the store and was polite in asking patrons to properly wear their masks. L’occitane is absolutely doing the right thing in training staff to be so compliant and insistent about Covid-19 safety protocols. I’m grateful for the introduction to new incredible products, the education and the feeling of safety and comfort.
