- GGGamble4 days ago1.0My 92 year old mother in law has been going here for several years. She had an appointment there last week. When she got there the receptionist informed her that her appointment was actually the next day (which could not have been the case since my MIL was going on vacation the next day). Then the receptionist stated that the stylist changed the appointment. If that was the case, no one told my MIL. My MIL then asked if she could just ask if the stylist could squeeze her in. When the receptionist came back she said the stylist said no. I understand appointments must be adhered to but to not have the decency to come out yourself and tell your loyal customer you can’t accommodate is just unprofessional and frankly spineless! I used to go to this salon when I lived in NJ and they were never that busy. Did I mention my MIL is 92, walks with a walker and it was 103 degrees that day! Her haircuts literally take 10 minutes (no shampoo, no blow out, and she has short hair). Under these circumstances the stylist should have made an exception and taken care of my MIL. SHAME ON YOU!! Needless to say she won’t be returning !!!

She has always done a great job and decided for her to help with a low maintenance grey blending. It turned out great, I cannot wait to see in her 8 weeks to continue my journey in embracing the grey!
