  my friend and i went in to look around and she ended up grabbing a single eyeliner. when she went to check out, and they asked if she had a kohls account she told the employee she didn't. the employee asked her if she wanted to sign up, my friend said she didn't. the employee then proceeded to ask my friend for her email despite my friend repeatedly saying she didn't want to sign up for an account before we finally just gave it to her so we could just pay and leave. the employee made a comment about how it "wasn't that hard" to give her the email. actually unhinged experience, i've never seen an employee bully someone into making an account with a store before. i work in retail, it's rlly not that deep

  Love this Sephora! The employee Ivanka took the time to help me find everything I needed. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Would definitely 100% recommend.

  I called to ask if they had a particular eyeliner before I drove 20 miles here and they said they had it…well I arrived and asked just for them to tell me they don’t have it :(
