  I was a loyal client for many years, but my experience with management was incredibly disappointing. A sudden medical flare left me unable to walk or safely drive to my appointment that morning. The morning of my appointment, they called to ask me to come in early and I explained my situation. I was reminded that I would be charged for the full appointment. I conveyed my sincerity of the situation and I was saddened about their lack of empathy to their clients. Management tried filling the apt and in the meantime, I had ensure that my stylist was properly compensated. They were not able to fill the time block and indicated that they are required to charge me for the full cost (which also was the wrong services). Mgmt. indicated in their email that the stylist lost money, which I can’t seem to understand why. And that “ there cancellation policy is in place to protect the time and income of our stylists, and it is applied consistently to all clients.” I understand businesses need cancellation policies, but after years as a loyal customer, I was saddened by the complete lack of compassion or flexibility shown in handling my situation. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this salon.

  I love my stylist, Kay! She always is able to do exactly what I envision and asks a ton of questions to make sure she knows what I want.

  Ali is a delight! She is very Professional and is very talented ! She has been styling and coloring my hair for years! She is the best!

  I had such a great experience! Chloe did an amazing job with my hair and completely brought my vision to life. The color and highlights are beautifully blended, look so natural, and exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the salon was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciated how the owner regularly checked in to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout my appointment. The communication, attention to detail, and overall customer service were exceptional. I left absolutely loving my hair and will definitely be back. Thank you, Chloe and team!
