  So I am not typically someone who leaves reviews, I literally just use this gmail to store google photo pictures. But I have to leave a review because I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same situation as me. So I booked a hair appointment at 11:30 AM because I had photos to take at 1:45 PM. I booked for a wash and blowout. I get a call at 10:30 AM THE DAY OF that they need to move my appointment to 12, and of course I say yes because what other choice do I have? I really wanted my hair done for the photos and an hour is not enough time to find and book in at a different salon. So I ask over the phone: I have photos at 1:45pm, If i come in at 12, will I still have enough time to get home and do my makeup and stuff before my pictures? The receptionist SAID YES and it was an hour long service, so I should be out by 1pm. Perfect! that still leaves me 45 minutes to get my makeup on and head over to the photoshoot location. I got to the salon at 12 and they said they are STILL running behind so someone else had to wash my hair for me. Totally fine! I honestly didnt care what stylist was doing it as long as I got my hair done. They wash my hair, whispering behind me about how they are running so behind and they are scrambling to figure out what to do with me as if I can’t hear them? hello? Really unprofessional and rude to do in front of a customer. The person washing my hair then sits me down in a chair to get my blowout done. The stylist didn’t start my blowout until 12:30pm! I have really thick hair and HALF MY HEAD was still wet at like 12:55! Needless to say the receptionist LIED to me because in what world was I getting out of there by 1pm? They finally finished at like 1:25pm, and at this point I just said “please charge my card on file and tip yourself 15% because i really have to go please”, and literally RAN OUT of there BECAUSE GIRL I HAD A PHOTOSHOOT TO GO TO, and I COMMUNICATED THIS TO YOUR STAFF. I missed literally half of my photography time, and that was non refundable. The blowout did look nice, but I just can’t believe the disorganization of this place. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They do not care about your time and will lie to your face to make you think you’ll be done on time just for some extra cash. I’m never coming back.

  I have been seeing Emily for my makeup needs for years!! She is the only one i trust to do my makeup. It always looks spectacular and didn’t even slightly come off until i took it off almost 10 hours later! She’s the best. I also had Sabrina do my hair for my first time! She was great, very accommodating to the look i was going for. She did a blowout and curls. Highly recommend! Thank you both, you made my look like a star at my baby shower ❤️

  Emily is the best! I’ve gotten a few waxes from her as well as a facial. She’s welcoming, kind, and super easy to talk to. I have extremely sensitive skin and she’s always accommodating and gentle. She’s exceptional and know’s what she’s doing. Definitely book with her!

  Everytime I come here is an amazing experience! They’re so accommodating! Emily is a fantastic esthetician and always leaves me feeling happy with what she does! It was my first time with Sabrina today and she was so amazing! She helped me with all my questions and helped me with what would look best for me! I love my hair!
