This location has potential but the rude workers are going to quickly destroy it. As you know people like to switch out products sometimes with different packaging, so I was looking at the Dior mascara and my boyfriend opens the box (keep in mind there’s no seal or anything so we are not ripping anything) he opens it to make sure the correct color is in there since of past experience a blind worker comes out of no where and screams at us saying any box we open we must pay for it I tried explain people which out products sometimes we want to make sure it’s the right one and he completely ignored that and continued to raise her voice. I than asked her if I’m not allowed to open it can you color which one it is and she pointed to one of them and then started to question “does it really need to be dior” “are you just upsessed with the brand because there masacre isn’t even that good” I tried explaining no really it was just recommended so I want to t try it, next I asked if if they had more lipgloss because only one was on the shelf and she rolled her eyes and say honey we close in 18 minutes, anything you see here is all we have and I said don’t you guys have drawers with extra stock, she said honey not on a Sunday we don’t, I was in shocked this is how they spoke to customers, she deserves to be fired. Then I asked this red hair worker if she had more and guess what he was so nice and pulled the drawer and there was tonsss of options, the blonde lady was just being rude and I hope the correct this type of behavior. Because we shop there to spend hundreds of dollars to get degraded like are you kidding me

I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora. The cashier who ended up helping me was dismissive and not helpful at all. I was waiting in line with a baby in a carriage while she was engaged in a long conversation with other employees instead of assisting customers. When it was my turn, I asked for help finding a specific shampoo, and she told me the brand wasn’t in stock. I later found out it was actually on the floor the entire time. It felt like she didn’t want to help or take the time to check properly, which was frustrating—especially since I clearly needed assistance. As someone who has previously worked at Sephora, I know the level of customer service that’s expected, and this experience didn’t meet that standard. I hope management addresses this, because customers should feel supported when asking for help, not dismissed. I ended up buying the Amika Big Hit Shampoo at Ulta. 4/11/26 7:30PM Authorization #: 858811 Reference #: 276542 Terminal ID: 023 I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I value your brand and hope steps can be taken to ensure better service in the future. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

So the thing is Workers are so rude. They do not know how to deal with their customers. They will look to you like a suspicious they’re gonna watch you and walk behind you through everywhere. They think that you’re gonna steal something that’s actually so embarrassing. Need to work on your workers please. I don’t like the environment. Also that the makeup is also so dirty, and they care about the people are gonna steal the things first of all, clean your things, and then worry about that. I don’t like you all.
