  Fooled me once .. I’ve tried to give this location a pass on many occasions.. Not coming to this location AGAIN. Poor customer service and I don’t feel valued.

  Disappointed Be aware that if you order a product at the store to receive it by mail and they match your makeup shade wrongly or you get a damaged product and u dont come for exchange within 30 days you are gonna lose your money.! No return or exchange even though they sell you the wrong product.!

  We came her to get a Fondation color match for my sister, since she's new to make-up. Quaid was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. My sister was happy with her purchase after.

  Conveniently located within Jersey Garden mall.. lots and lots of other shops in the same mall.. parking is huge, but it could get busy during weekends and holidays.. It’s a little crazy to get parking in the mall… lots of restaurants and other eateries within the mall.. Sephora really gets busy within the mall.. so many people shop here and sometimes along queue for the billing . I really like the perfumes in Sephora and always buy from here… it’s slightly pricey and not much of discounts . Which they have some discounts in an outlet mall… other stuff for women is very famous here . Service could improve . Good options but overall a good experience .

  Very poor customer service. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. They were rude, looked annoyed, and made the experience unpleasant. Customer service should be professional, respectful, and focused on helping people. This definitely needs to improve.
