  Hi, just want to thank Tanisha, Manager and her team for honoring a price on items that rang up as 17.00 but was advertised of 9 dollars where 3 of same items were placed. Thank you for your awesome customer service

  The Sephora at Menlo Park Mall has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff at the register are consistently rude, disrespectful, and make customers feel like an inconvenience. The same goes for employees on the floor — unhelpful, dismissive, and uninterested in assisting anyone. I’m tired of coming back and being treated this way. This location seriously needs better training and management because the service here is awful.

  I came to this location today April 17 around noon to buy some products for my trip I asked one of the managers (I’m assuming because she was telling everyone where to be ) for help when she handed me a basket because I got a sample not too long ago and wanted to purchase the actually product I just couldn’t find the email with the shade name. She was completely dismissive and said she’ll come back of course she never did I waited a while she wasn’t even making eye contact when I was speaking to her she was so rude I put all my stuff away and left there was no one in that store to help me and I’m going to take my money else where what a waste of time she was all over the place stressed out for no reason

  Kate was extremely helpful! She recommended a tinted sunscreen, shade matched me perfectly, went in the back to find a perfume that wasn’t on the floor, and helped me check out seamlessly so I could avoid the long line. I found everything I needed and had fun.
