  Deriyah helped me find my skin tint and blush she made me feel so safe asking questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. She helped match my foundation and setting spray. she’s amazing, has wonderful customer service not to mention she looks amazing and smells great too! Give that queen a raise!!! Deriyah girl thank you again you’re such a blessing👑

  Sephora at Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ provides a great shopping experience, whether it’s for customers like me who just need specific favorite products (The InKey List Caffeine Eye Cream and Nars Radiant Cream Concealer!), those ready to explore for an hour or two, and all those in between. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Evelyn at the register provided incredible customer service. There was a little bit of a line on a Friday at lunch rush, but Evelyn and her colleague were working through the check out process as friendly and efficiently as possible. Evelyn acknowledged each customer/guest with a ‘Hello Beautiful’ and bid each with a ‘Have a good day, Beautiful’ when leaving. with an added thank you. As I approached, she did the same. I thanked her and complimented her on the way she interacted with customers. She smiled and said everyone is beautiful inside and out. It’s the way she grew up. She meant it. Evelyn is a fabulous ambassador for Sephora. Well done!

  Tanisha is amazing! She was so sweet and provided an amazing shade match for me. She genuinely cared about making sure I loved the foundation and introduced me to new options. Very professional!

  First and foremost I want to start off by saying RICARDO is AMAZING! I’ve never had an encounter with a staff that was not just trying to push a product until yesterday. I did mention my skin is sensitive and I was interested in a certain trending product. Ricardo then began to explain what is in the product and when and how to use said product so that I use it correctly. In addition, he made some phenomenal recommendations. Service was superb!!! I did speak with a few other advisors, whom I forgot their names but they were all phenomenal as well. Sephora is always EXTREMELY BUSY and can be overwhelming but the team here is great and I just wanted to note that.
