  Tanisha is amazing! She was so sweet and provided an amazing shade match for me. She genuinely cared about making sure I loved the foundation and introduced me to new options. Very professional!

  First and foremost I want to start off by saying RICARDO is AMAZING! I’ve never had an encounter with a staff that was not just trying to push a product until yesterday. I did mention my skin is sensitive and I was interested in a certain trending product. Ricardo then began to explain what is in the product and when and how to use said product so that I use it correctly. In addition, he made some phenomenal recommendations. Service was superb!!! I did speak with a few other advisors, whom I forgot their names but they were all phenomenal as well. Sephora is always EXTREMELY BUSY and can be overwhelming but the team here is great and I just wanted to note that.

  My package was mistakenly delivered to an address I used to live at. My mother went to go pick it up a couple hours after delivery for me and the current residents lied about what happened to it and kept my package for themselves. My mother went to this Sephora looking for help and Evelyn, the manager working at the time was amazing. She got us on the phone with customer service, helped my mom pick up the products that I needed & even set my mom up with an artist to get shade matched & gave her some samples. It’s terrible that those people stole my stuff as I am a makeup artist and needed those items to do my JOB, because I work hard and don’t steal from people because I know how hard it is out here for everyone. But Evelyn turned it around for us and I thank her for that. Give her a raise or more gratis!! ❤️

  I walked into Sephora for the first time and asked for a woman to help me who would understand senior skin. Diane helped me pick out make-up and taught me how to apply it. She was just wonderful. For my fellow senior women out there looking for some help, Diane is the go to person in the Menlo Park Mall in Edison NJ.
