  No help at all but a ton of workers that just stand around. Walked in today looking for a specific lip gloss really quick and I was never helped or even greeted. 3 women just standing by the line but not asking if you need help or anything, just in the way, didn’t even attempt to move. Always a ton of people “working” there but never any help and yet always only one person at register.

  I walked into Sephora for the first time and asked for a woman to help me who would understand senior skin. Diane helped me pick out make-up and taught me how to apply it. She was just wonderful. For my fellow senior women out there looking for some help, Diane is the go to person in the Menlo Park Mall in Edison NJ.

  Clean but testers are either not out at all or are a disorganized mess. Kills the whole point of spending extra money to go there and having the luxury of swatching before you buy something…

  Never have I seen such a disorganized and unmanaged locations. 100 people in the store, 15 people on line, 30 employees, 4 registers and only 1 employee on the register, while all 29 others walk around to look pretty. I walked in needed help finding a product for my wife and I had to ask the employee to show me exactly where after lazily point to the direction of the product I was looking for, saying, “can you please show me where” I waited on line for 10 minutes for a single item purchase. Horrible experience, I’ll never return to a Sephora again as this has been a repeated experience from one to the next, not an isolated incident. The employees would rather walk around looking pretty than actually help customers complete sales faster. Totally backwards management allowing poor customer service. 👎

  Deriyah helped me find my skin tint and blush she made me feel so safe asking questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. She helped match my foundation and setting spray. she’s amazing, has wonderful customer service not to mention she looks amazing and smells great too! Give that queen a raise!!! Deriyah girl thank you again you’re such a blessing👑
