  I need to give a major shout‑out to Shirlesha at SalonCentric because that woman deserves her own aisle, not just a name tag. Every time I walk in and see her, I instantly relax like, “Okay, I’m in good hands. I’m not about to make a bad product decision today.” She’s super sweet, crazy knowledgeable, and somehow explained everything I needed while I was in full “I have 3 minutes before my life falls apart” mode. She had me calm, informed, and out the door like a professional shopper. My only complaint? When she’s not there, my experience drops faster than a phone with no case. It’s just not the same without her energy and expertise. Thank you so much for your time, patience, and magic touch, Shirlesha. You’re the reason I keep coming back!

  Whenever I visit this salon centric , both Safia and Daisy provide me with excellent customer service & product knowledge. I'm able to speak my native language with safia which I love!!! I recommend this store to all my fellow salon owners.

  Today, I went into the store the one on route 22 and I have to say I am displeased with this inconvenience of this store. At first, I was happy to see the wide selection of their products and the inexpensive prices although I was dissatisfied because you HAVE to HAVE A SALON LICENSE to purchase ANY product in that store. Obviously, I will not be returning due to their inconvenience. I don't understand why this is only available to salon professionals ulitimatley, now I understand why nobody was in there.😒 Honestly I don't think their business will do well considering it's a waste of people's time and gas to stroll near the store.
