  I booked an appointment Sunday for Thursday for a nose piercing for my daughter. They called me the day of to tell me the person doesn’t work that day and won’t be back in til the 30th. Why would you allow a system to schedule and book an appointment in advance with people that don’t work everyday and you only check the appointments the day of the appointment ??!

  I had such a great experience getting my piercing here! Everyone was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, were very careful, and the whole place was clean and welcoming.I definitely recommend this place and would come back again! 💕✨

  My son had his helix piercing done here. Jewelry must be bought in store, see pics for options. They pierce ears and noses only. The staff is knowledgeable and takes time to review the process with you, manage expectations, make the appointment and works with you on the preferred placement. I liked the fact that they are nurses, wipe down the area after every customer, and aim to please by ensuring you are happy with the piercing. They explain aftercare upon checkout and what to be mindful of, packing everything in a neat little take home baggie. The only thing they need to improve upon is the appointment time as they block out only 15 min per customer but it’s more like 20 or longer especially if the first appt runs into the second and so on but they are very friendly and helpful nevertheless.

  I had such a great experience at Rowan Piercing! Rose was so kind and helpful when I was choosing an earring, and Halaina made me feel comfortable while piercing it. Everything was clean, and the whole experience was fun and welcoming. Thank you both so much. I love my new earring! <3
