  The guy at the front desk had a really weird attitude. I understand that people have different personalities, but the interaction felt unnecessarily cold and made me uncomfortable moving forward. Not a good customer service

  We had a horrible experience. The first time we took our 4 yr old. They didn’t tell us that they can do both ears at the same time and then traumatized by the first one our daughter didn’t do the second one. We asked to cooperate give us time but the staff was adamant about NOT letting the child do it and that we have to come back and redo it. There was an attitude given to us because I made a big deal about why they didn’t tell us they’re going to do one at a time. And then no explanation was given about the aftercare no care instructions and wr were told to “pay” and leave and that they can do nothing about it. Also for our newborn we had a horrible experience. The marks were missed and did it wrong. Pics for reference. Stay away from this location

  Such a cute experience at Rowan with Aly! 💕 Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and helped me find earrings that I absolutely love. The store is adorable, everything feels clean and professional, and there are so many beautiful options to choose from. Definitely recommend Rowan if you’re looking for cute earrings or a great piercing experience! ✨🩷

  I had such a great experience at Rowan! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire piercing process. I was guided through everything step by step and felt really comfortable and taken care of the whole time. They were also super helpful when it came to choosing my jewelry pieces are beautiful and there are so many cute options!💕✨

  I went in the Rowan right when they were about to close because I was worried my piercing might be infected because my flat back stud fell out and I put in a new piercing. They took out the piercing and gave me a brand new flat back stud! They were so nice and patient even though I came in right when they were about to close.
