I also loved seeing so many natural products and curly hair options. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!
- LSLaila Stanford4 days ago1.0Terrible experience!!! was just here an hour ago and my boyfriend put a HOLE in a bar of soap accidentally, they FORCED him to pay for it ($12) and then refused to give the money back. ALL of the employees were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. We didn’t receive a refund until the situation was fully escalated, and even then they were rude. i would never give Lush my business anyway, especially not how i was treated today.
