I also loved seeing so many natural products and curly hair options. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!

ALL of the employees were rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. We didn’t receive a refund until the situation was fully escalated, and even then they were rude. i would never give Lush my business anyway, especially not how i was treated today.
