  The service is far from professional. On one occasion, a staff member gave me misleading information about a product with a lack of friendliness. When I visited today, that same employee attended to me with an off-putting, hostile stare. I was also kept waiting at the checkout—despite seeing available staff—so I ended up leaving without purchasing the item.

  He comprado en otras localidades de Sephora y la atencion ha sido excelente, se toman su tiempo para conseguir los productos que deseas y que van de acuerdo a tu necesidad. Aquí en la localidad de Edgewater tiene una pésima atención al público, las chicas atienden con total rapidez, no conocen los productos, no me dieron recomendaciones de acuerdo a lo que yo necesitaba, SOLO SE ENFOCABA EN QUE HABÍA 50% DE DESCUENCUENTO, LO QUE FUE TOTALMENTE FALSO!! (Destacando que en los estantes de los productos marcaba el 50% de descuento de la promoción) pero al momento de pagar le dije que si se implementaría el descuento porque cuando pasaba los productos no marcaba, la chica dijo que en la computadora lo hacía automáticamente y me dice pero si llevaba una mascarilla me daban un 20% más. Lo cual cual no fue así, el 50% que decía prácticamente en la mayoría de productos y que la chica ofreció era totalmente falso, te engañan, te hacen creer que hay promociones cuando no es así, aparte una pésima atención al cliente, había otra chica quejándose por esta misma razón porque todo pasa tan rápido que no da tiempo de reaccionar y lo único que ganan es una mala reputación en esta tienda y que pierdan clientes. NO VISITEN ESTA TIENDA NO LA RECOMIENDO

  I visited the store on Sunday and had a bad customer service experience; the manager was incredibly arrogant and had a bad attitude when I asked about the price of some "Clean Face" wipes and later tried to exchange a spray bottle that turned out to be broken. I won't be going back there, and I don't recommend it.

  As a regular at this store, I felt the need to share what a helpful & pleasant staff. My questions are always welcomed and I tend to always leave thinking about how personable of an experience I had. Most recently, a staff member by the name of Ashley went above and beyond when I called about potentially leaving my wallet behind. Regardless of my concern, the team consistently provides outstanding service. Items are normally in stock, and the location is also prime. I love Sephora Edgewater :-)
