The vibe there with the woman was not good one woman acted like she didn’t want to help me . It was not a regular experience like I have had in other beauty stores. They need to hire people that are high energy and like their job .I gave it a 3 star because I got the samples but it was not a store I would go back to .

- QTQ TAug 8, 20261.0Horrible experience with return and refund, go through several people and cannot fix the issue, maybe should re- train all your staff! I was told to call customer service instead to override system issues by store manager, and she even said it’s only 10 mins to wait to talk with a representative in the phone???? I called and even the representative in the phone thought what she said is ridiculous. Never had such bad experience in any store, and it’s definitely right not to buy anything there for years. Sucks!
