  I got my flat piercing done by Kiara, and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and the whole experience was smooth. Highly recommend her!

  Ms. Kiera (hope spelled correctly) was AWESOME 10/10 stars. She pierced my 3 yr old daughter’s ears, the experience was seamless. She built rapport with my little one and advised me on proper handling (holding+positioning) of my toddler, in the case an extreme reaction were to occur after the first ear was pierced. My little one was so comfortable with her that she didn’t cry AT ALL, like at no time, she wanted to show Ms. Kiera she was “the big girl” they established she was upon meeting. Ms. Kiera also took the time to make sure the markings for placement of the piercings (on both ears) were symmetrical as possible. She explained the entire process before actually starting and also talked through as needed, promoting comfortability. Aftercare was explained in-depth, inquiring if there were any questions or concerns post piercing, nothing felt rushed. My little one felt safe during the entire experience and I was very grateful for the service and support received. Will definitely return for jewelry pieces and any future piercings. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent customer service, even when my bank blocked my purchase initially due to fraud suspicion. They were very accommodating while I spoke with customer service to remove the block, very non- judgmental. Thankful for the service.

  Kiara was amazing! I got my helix done and I was very nervous but she calmed my nerves and was incredibly professional. She was detailed oriented with the placement of the earring. I would definitely come back and get pierced again!
