  THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO DO PIERCINGS!!! Nurse Talissa did an awesome job with our little she took her time calmly checking in with me until the placement was absolutely perfect. Our baby girl is almost 8 months and she barely cried. The hand-pressurized piercing gun makes a huge difference!

  It was my first time coming in to Rowan. They were so nice and welcoming. Kiara was nice and gentle. Kiara was very informative and explaining the after care . I will definitely come again !

  This place is amazing! Haley gave us the warmest welcome. Ashleigh pierced my Mom’s ears and she felt no pain. Kiara pierced my ear and my nose and it was flawless! Thank you Ashleigh, Kiara and Haley, we appreciate you! Five stars all the way!!!🌸💕

  I went to this location and the staff were very welcoming. They helped me set up a same-day appointment for my child. When I returned for the appointment I decided to look around at what they offered. Note: before the appointment was placed a staff member walked with my daughter to pick out a set of earrings and stated it would cost $50. Therefore once at the set appointment I seen the price is not $50 by looking into the jewelry and reading the prices. Thankfully I did because the price was not $50 instead $110 plus taxes for a simple piercing on my 6 year old. I confronted the worker asking her about the prices and she tried to avoid giving me the overall price. Based on my experience and after reading the reviews this business is very predatory! They tried to pierce my child before giving me the real price. It’s very predatory to be dishonest for service. Luckily I refused service right before it started and walked out the store. They made my daughter very angry with dishonesty because she was excited for her appointment. Awful business practices and the staff members are not nurses. Real nurses do not work minimum wage jobs at malls. I told them my daughter cannot wear plated and fake jewelry yet they insisted it’s safe. They refused to let me bring my own pure gold earrings since they profit from the cheap jewelry the sale.

  Hope was so kind and informative she told us what we should expect and talked to us throughout the entire process. She made my husband and I feel comfortable as we were piercing our 2 month olds ears and gave us instructions on after care. We also had our 14 year olds ears pierced that day and she was able to help him relax and keep him distracted while casually holding conversation. Thank you Hope for being so light hearted and kind you made the experience so seamless!
