  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Lush – American Dream Mall! We had such a wonderful experience at Lush in the American Dream Mall! Max and AJ were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and so patient with our family. A special shoutout to Max, who went above and beyond with the kids. She took the time to talk to them, explain the different products in a way they could understand, and let them explore and ask questions without ever making them feel rushed. Her patience, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience so much more enjoyable for everyone. It’s not often that you come across someone who is so wonderful with children while also being knowledgeable and passionate about the products. Max truly made the whole Lush experience feel special and memorable. Thank you, Max and AJ, for making our visit so enjoyable! Lush is lucky to have such wonderful employees. We will definitely be back! ❤️

  Hey! I am writing today to send a thank you to Abby. She was absolutely stellar and went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding a same day delivery order where the DoorDash driver damaged my products. She offered a resolution immediately without hesitation and truly turned a negative situation into a positive one. Her positive and supportive customer service skills are truly one of a kind. You can tell she is passionate about her job and we truly appreciate people like that. Thank you for giving me the lush experience. 💜 have a lovely day!

  Excellent Lush store. I’ve been to the all over including in Madrid , Spain. This was a very big rush store. The workers are so helpful and friendly. The two girls Savannah and Sawyer helped me with my Instacart order and also with my personal interests in the products . I am well known with the products I even though I haven’t been to the store in a couple of years they have an excellent peppermint foot lotion. I tried the super balm scalp treatment. They gave me a sample and it was excellent. It made my scalp feel not as flaky.. also they gave me a sample of a mask for my face called catostophe . My skin felt very clean, but not stripped of it natural oils. I definitely am going to buy a full size of this product. I also sampled the body butters while I was there. The wash, cocoa, butter, hands, and body lotion is my favorite. It comes in a container 7.9 ounces and it’s $30 but when I sampled it, you don’t need a lot of products so a little goes a long way my skin felt so soft, excellent products and all natural without all those chemicals . The outside of the store looks small, but when you go inside, it’s very big and everything is organized very neatly. They even have an area where you can try things on your face with the sink. Excellent store.

  AJ at Lush in American Dream is amazing! Even when I sent my fiance in to pick up an order, she helped him pick out some samples for me to try, and I ended up loving them and going back to buy the full sizes. Her recommendations are always spot on, and she’s so sweet and helpful every time!!!!

  Rude, cold and discriminatory. Don’t count on them to hold fully stocked products, for a premier store this was disappointing on a discouraging level with the service staff being unable and unwilling to assist. Rather spend online than have a horrible taste in shopping experience. It’s not a clique
