  My 1-star rating is based on the customer experience, not the products. My daughter and I visited this location on 7/3 around 9:20 p.m. We weren’t greeted when we entered, which I can understand since it was close to closing time. The disappointing part came a few minutes later. My daughter was looking at one of the school bus gift sets displayed near the checkout. She was simply moving it around on the lower shelf while deciding if she liked it. The Asian employee came over and asked me to tell her to “play gently.” I found the interaction unnecessary and unwelcoming. The display item wasn’t being damaged, thrown, or handled roughly. If Lush prefers that customers—especially children—not touch or pick up certain display items, that expectation should be clearly communicated with signage or by placing the items out of reach. Instead, it felt like my daughter was being corrected for interacting with merchandise in a store where customers are generally encouraged to explore products. The experience left us feeling uncomfortable, and unfortunately it overshadowed the visit.

  Best location I’ve ever been to! The employees here are really nice and great, wonderful recommendations for my favorite scents and combinations. They even gave me samples!!! Thank you!

  Shout out to Akasha and Genesis (really the whole team) for making my birthday extra special!! They truly went above and beyond to help me find items that suited my skin’s needs. Excited to try all my new products :)

  Amazing experience at this location! I’m new to lush cosmetics but loving everything I’ve purchased. I came into the store looking for a few skincare products and everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable on all the different products they offer and asked all the right questions to make sure I left with what would be best for me. I appreciated how they were there to help but didn’t feel like they were hovering or trying to make a sale. When I got home i found a few free samples that they had put on my bag and didn’t even notice… what a pleasant surprise!
