    It was great i love the energy and the girl i had was a very nice person. And I do like my hair but it really wasn't the color I wanted. And I wanted my hair straightened and she curled it but its ok thank you for all your kindness. It looks good but I wanted blonde 👱‍♀️ highlights

    Tracey did a fabulous job highlighting my hair. She also gave me the haircut I’ve been wanting for a bit, but previous hairdressers couldn’t do. (Butterfly layers) I walked away with good conversation, a young & fun hairstyle, & my new hair stylist.

    Nichole was amazing so much attention to detail and care put into my hair. She made me feel comfortable with the way she talked and like feel like myself again with my hair! Really listened and cared about what I wanted. I will be back!

    I brought my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, in for a haircut and the stylist was great with her! She made my mom feel at ease and gave her a beautiful cut! She really did wonders with my 81 year old mom’s hair. The stylist was able to make her thinning hair look classy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name but I appreciate the care she took with my mom! We finished up just as they were closing and were already on our way home when they called to let me know that my mom forgot her hearing aids! I appreciate them calling right away and not waiting until tomorrow for two reasons: 1) she can barely hear anything without them and 2) her Alzheimer’s makes her hyper-focused on things and it would’ve been a very long night of her asking where they were.

    I asked for partial highlights, and the result was nothing like what the stylist showed me before starting. At first it looked good, but after first wash, the highlights blended together and my hair turned orange. When I went back, even the staff seemed surprised by the first stylist’s work. Two different stylists looked at my hair and could clearly see how uneven and poorly done it was. They even questioned why the first stylist had used that color. A different stylist then tried to fix it, but instead of correcting the highlights, she made my hair very dark, even though I clearly said I wanted it lighter. I was told the lighter highlights would stand out against the dark color, but that is not what happened. Now about 80% of my hair looks black, with only a few dull, green-looking highlights left. My hair has also been damaged from being processed and foiled twice. I paid for highlights, but I basically no longer have highlights. I am extremely unhappy with the result and I would not recommend this salon for highlights. I really regret trusting them.
