    I had a hair cut appointment scheduled at 10 am with Stylist Anu. I’m very disappointed with my haircut. I clearly explained what I wanted, but the final result was very different from what I had requested. The cut was uneven and the overall style was not what I expected. Unfortunately, I left feeling unhappy and frustrated with the experience once I styled my hair since I only booked haircut. I paid for service and even tipped decently but after checking I was done in less than 20 mins which included hair wash and hair cut. I would recommend making sure your stylist fully understands what you want before proceeding. I
