  I showed up for my appointment and was told the piercings I wanted were not offered at this location. Based on the Rowan website, they offer forward helix and conch piercings, but apparently that is only the case for certain locations. When booking the appointment online, I was asked which piercings I would like to get done. The booking form stated that if I did not specify the type of piercing, they may not be able to do it. I selected conch and helix (forward helix was not an option) piercings, and was not notified that this location does not offer the selected piercing. The person who welcomed me tried to help by letting me know of other locations that might offer these piercings, but all other locations were 30+ minutes away and closed at 6pm. It was already around 4:45pm at this point, and it was not even guaranteed that the other locations offer the piercings I was looking for as I was told to call first. This was beyond a frustrating experience and Rowan should be letting customers know if a certain piercing is not available at that location before they arrive.

  If there’s another place to go, please do so. When checking the earrings that stated “14k”, went to jeweler to have an earring fixed and was told it is not gold. The treatment there was not the best. Overly expensive. My babies earring fell out twice. First was within 24hrs. My piercing constantly bled.
