Sis set me up with a Sephora account, helped me find all of the products that I could not find on my own and checked me out super quickly while figuring out what type of skin I have. 30 days ago i went to a much bigger location that had like 50 employees working at the same time. I was just starting my journey and despite Chats' help i still had a million questions and getting help was next to impossible. 1st trip at bigger location spent like $400. 2nd trip (this one) only spent $130 and received service that i should have received for the bigger transaction. If i lived in Jersey this would be my location hands down and 10 outta 10 would look for Jaime EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

The manager/keyholder on duty went above and beyond she quickly found the exact perfume I was looking for and handled my exchange seamlessly and without hesitation. What really stood out was her kindness and professionalism. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore. As someone who has worked in customer service and sales for years, I truly appreciate this level of care—it does not go unnoticed. This visit completely made my day. I will absolutely be returning to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free shopping experience. Five stars all the way.
