  I had an amazing experience at this Sephora From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. The manager/keyholder on duty went above and beyond she quickly found the exact perfume I was looking for and handled my exchange seamlessly and without hesitation. What really stood out was her kindness and professionalism. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore. As someone who has worked in customer service and sales for years, I truly appreciate this level of care—it does not go unnoticed. This visit completely made my day. I will absolutely be returning to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free shopping experience. Five stars all the way.

  Went in for an exchange and was told I was “out of the window for returns”. I was 8 days too late. So now I’m stuck with the unused unopened product, cool. So the smart cashier said oh you have to call the customer service number because I can’t do anything. She said call 1-877-Sephora. I called and spoke to a rep and they said nothing we can do you’re too late. So I inquired why would your Sephora cashier tell me to call you guys if you are saying the same thing. He said he’s not sure. I know why, so she can just get the customer out of her face by any means necessary. I was a dedicated Sephora customer but now I’ll think I’ll take my business to Ulta. Highly disappointed! Stop lying to customers.

  Love love love love this store!!! Everyone is so nice and the girls are super helpful when it comes to shade matching!! Way better than Ulta thanks girls!!!

  I don't know how this store has any negative reviews! I always have a great experience & I love that it's not flooded with children running around and ruining all of the samples, like in the location at the Willowbrook mall. I went yesterday 4/11 & had help from gigi (sorry if I misspelled.) she was fantastic and went above and beyond! She helped me with a new brow pencil and color matched me perfectly to an amazing foundation! She had helped me before a while back, with hair products also. Super happy with the customer service i received and the products as well. Will definitely be back! Especially to see gigi and get her advice!
