- MMMary2 days ago1.0I want to start by saying that the employee who helped me find the right shade for my exchange was very kind, helpful, and patient. I really appreciated her assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was completely different. I explained that I recently had a baby and had been dealing with a medical situation that prevented me from coming in sooner exchange for a lighter color. Despite explaining my circumstances, I felt that the manager showed very little understanding or compassion and simply did not seem to care. I understand that Sephora has return policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of empathy, especially given the circumstances. I wasn’t asking for special treatment without reason. I was simply explaining why I was unable to come sooner and hoping there could be some consideration. I would rather shop at another location where the customer service feels more welcoming.

The 2 people at the front desk were very kind, but the employees by the door need to improve their customer service. I barely got welcomed, and even though I had 4 items in my hand, no one offered me a basket or asked if I needed help. This happens every time I come here, and I feel like it’s because I’m a teenager and they assume I’m going to steal. That’s unfair because not every teenager is the same. Customers should be treated equally and not judged by their age or appearance.
