I was told she was off today. When I arrived, Gianna was working. It felt awkward. Maya was very nice however I feel my hair was not shampooed adequately. It still feels dirty. She did not clean underneath my hair towards the bottom of my scalp. During the conditioner process, Gianna gave me a scalp massage. Not today. Inconsistent service. It depends who you go to. Also, the place needs a deep cleaning. Very dirty.
