    The store itself of course is great! I wanted to make myself feel better after my recent accident.So I was about spend my extra savings for Mother’s Day at my favorite store, until a saleswoman with short, white, hair named Shari started making very rude comments to my face. First she asked if my daughters are my sons and I corrected her by letting her know that they are my daughters. Then she’s going to say “you mean your granddaughters.“ I said “No my daughters.” Then she started to stare me down like she was trying to figure out something! Obviously, I told my kids to put back my $200+ shopping basket and left. How are you going to hire sales people for a beauty store that makes the women who shop there feel like ugly?! Especially the disabled?! She’s very disgusting! She shouldn’t be allowed to talk to people in general let alone have a customer service job.

    We usually avoid Sephora because it’s always super packed & hard to find good customer service. That changed on Saturday. Karen was wonderful & helped us find exactly what we needed and more. She was so patient and kind. Thanks Karen, you’re amazing at what you do!

    Went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and was helped by an employee named Ricardo. He was so patient, personable & helpful. Worked with my sister in law in helping us find the right shade of foundation & explaining ingredients in skin care products. Please ask him to help you next time, he had me leaving Sephora feeling fabulous!

    I come here a lot and it’s always a bad experience because customer service is horrible. Today Chrissy (I’m not sure if that’s her name but she has a pixie cut) was not helpful at all. I asked her for a sample and she just seems annoyed that I was asking for a sample. And the sample she gave me was one drop. It’s very unpleasant and I don’t recommend this location.

    I frequent the Cherry Hill mall since I live right down the road. But, I have often avoided going to this Sephora simply because of the rude employees. On Saturday, they were holding a Josie Maran event so I decided to stop in. It was a busy Saturday, I get it. Its easy to get flustered and overwhelmed when there are customers everywhere. When I asked an employee, unsure of her name all I remember is that she had a side bang and glasses, if there was any more of an item in stock, I was met with a rude stare and a quick, cold interaction. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an unpleasant experience in this Sephora. The employees try to push people in and out of the store and seem to only want to help those making large purchases or getting services done. They do not want to search for items that are missing on the shelves or help those of us just looking to grab a quick item. The brand representative of the Josie Maran event made up for the rudeness I experienced in store. While it is no longer convenient for me, I will be going to the Sephora in the Marlton Promenade or just ordering online because the employees at Cherry Hill make shopping so unpleasant.
