Very nice, it was incredibly clean and the whole process was wonderful. Things to keep in mind: Piercing and earnings (which they make you buy) are BY INDIVIDUAL ONE. So getting a needle piercing (thus an earning) on both ears is over $200 along with the mandatory $20 spray you must buy. It is significantly more expensive compared to other places I have seen. You have to choose if you value hypoallergenic jewelry and a sterile environment or cost. If you have the money, I would recommend.
