  We had a great experience. Today my 4 month old got her ears pierced. Our nurse was pleasant, the store was empty, the process was smooth from beginning to end. The nurse took her time to make sure the placement was correct, thoroughly explained aftercare, and efficiently pierced her ears. I am super grateful and impressed. I highly recommend!

  We made an appointment but got there 8 minutes late due to parking on the wrong side of the mall and the worker said she couldn’t take us. When we told her we had an appointment she responded with an attitude. We chose this location 45 minutes away thinking it would be the more professional way to get our daughters ears pierced for the first time… Sadly mistaken

  I had came here to get my daughter‘s third piercing prior to the appointment I had called. I had spoken to somebody about the anatomy of my daughter‘s ear and I even sent pictures to one of the staff cell phone just to be sure that she had the proper anatomy to get the piercing when I get there they tell me they absolutely will not pierce it, but they will pierce her cartilage, which made no sense to me because that seems more risky for an 11 year-old than a third piercing when I had asked questions simply trying to understand because that made no sense to me the piercer a.k.a. the nurse was very rude and said well I’m simply not gonna do it and I’m the professional mind you I’m also a nurse in oncology her demeanor and the way in which she tried to make it appear as if she was better or more qualified was really a turn off. I obviously went to them because I knew they were qualified as a nurse. I wanted the best possible experience for my daughter however she refused to pierce her and I refuse to allow someone like that to touch my child. We still were able to get the piercing elsewhere, and I will continue to promote the other piercing place as opposed to here any day. I also saved over $100 going to somewhere else.

  I would not step foot in the place to shop for earrings. They are OVERPRICED and break easily. See photo. These earrings are less than 5 months old. Bought in February 2026. Customer service is terrible and do not respond in a timely manner. Their 30 day replacement policy is laughable just like their business model and customer service. Do not recommend purchasing from Rowan - the quality is cheap for such an expensive product even on discount. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  I have purchased 2 sets of earrings, a stud for my tragus piercing, and a stud for my nose all at this location specifically. I was tired of my L bar nose stud falling out so I wanted to go to Rowan to get one of their studs. I want to preface this by saying that my tragus piercing fell out a few days after purchasing it back in June. I managed to find the diamond part but lost the bar. I went back to the store and they provided a new post free of charge. The nurse put an extra bend in it to keep it in. It has not fallen out since. Because I was pleased with this, I went to the store to get the one for my nose. I was told I needed an appointment for the nurse even though online it says no appointment needed for jewelry change. I came back the next day with an appointment and the stud was placed by the nurse. Then, I went home and the stud immediately fell out while I was at work the next day. This time I lost the diamond. I went back to the mall and was told I needed to come back another day because the only nurse had left for the day, even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. I rescheduled my appointment and then came back to the store for the FOURTH time this week. I asked if I could get a smaller stud to reduce the chance of it falling out again, and was told it needed to be the same stud or I could choose to pay to get a different one. Okay, fine. Then, I asked the nurse to put extra bend in it like the nurse did in June. She said with some attitude towards me “well i’m the only nurse and they are all bent the same but i’ll do extra for you”. I am writing to explain my dissatisfaction with both the quality of jewelry, having to waste my time going to the store four times in one week, and the vibe I was getting from staff that I was trying to rip them off because the expensive part of my jewelry was lost and that this was a pattern with me. The pattern was that the jewelry does not stay in. I will no longer be using Rowan and will go elsewhere due to my previous experience as well as this one.
