My daughter got her ears pierced for the first time today the experience was great I was nervous but Nurse Loodjie was so quick Thank you so much again Loodjie my baby looks so pretty I love it can’t wait to return & purchase more jewelry from here 🥰

Ok so first off, I got 2 piercings. Which were my front helix. One of them closed because the back of my earring fell off. Keep in mind I paid over 120 for this. I went to Rowan multiple times to have them put the piercing back in and they said that the lady wasn’t there to put it back so they told me to come back on a certain day. I went on that day that they told me to come back, once again the lady wasn’t there. The third time I went, they said it was over the amount of days since I got my piercing done and that i couldn’t gotten it redone so they said they had to charge me. Personally since the backing of the earring closed and since I paid over 120 dollars u would expect for them to give it for free considering it was their backing but no. I wasted my money. Don’t go here, go to an actual tattoo shop because they don’t know what they’re doing respectfully.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD…..
On May 12, 2026, 3:25p, I was excited to have my 10 month old baby ears pierced. The nurse who said she worked 1 year at the Cherry Hill location turned me and my family away as well as the family before us. She first mentioned that the family before ear lobes were too fat and then wasn’t able to assist me after asking about babies who might pull on their ears. She said “ I wouldn’t do it” She wasn’t helpful or courteous and appeared as if she didn’t want to work today. As a first time potential customer, although she wasn’t rude or mean, she never smiled, didn’t look friendly and wasn't concerned. The service was terrible. DO NOT VISIT THE CHERRY HILL LOCATION!!!!! ARDMORE IS BETTER!

The location, staff, and actual piercing experience were all great. However I paid $90 to upgrade my jewelry and the stone just fell out less than 2 months later; when I reached out to customer service they said they only do replacements under 30 days so they would not replace it

I had a really disappointing experience at the Rowan location in Cherry Hill Mall. I went in for a second lobe piercing, but the placement was done far too close to my first piercing. The staff also came across as disinterested during the appointment, which didn’t help the situation.
Within 3 days, I went back to see if anything could be done, I was told there was nothing they could do. I ended up removing the earrings and waiting for it to heal.
A few weeks later, I visited another Rowan location and learned that there is actually a policy that allows for complimentary re-piercing within 30 days if the placement is incorrect. This was never mentioned to me at Cherry Hill, which was frustrating.
Overall, I felt dismissed and unsupported at this location. I hope they improve both their customer care and communication so others don’t have a similar experience.
In contrast, I would highly recommend visiting the Princeton location. The staff there were attentive, caring, and clearly prioritized customer experience. When I shared my experience, the person at the counter really listened and just wanted to make it right for me, which made a huge difference. Even the way they took care of the person before me stood out—it was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely compassionate.
