I went in on a whim looking for just one thing—a better lipstick color—and ended up meeting Raymond, the manager. What started as a quick stop turned into such a great experience. I walked out with all new products and, more importantly, a much better understanding of how to use them and why they work. Ever since changing up my makeup, I’ve been getting nonstop compliments. Thank you so much, Raymond, for being so knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. I learned so much and truly enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back!

- TTTrenZJan 20, 20264.0My mother has been using MAC lipstick for more than 2 decades now and I've been using it as well. So it's the ultimate choice of lipstick for generations now. Their MAC matte finish (RETRO MATTE - Ruby woo) is by far the best and all retro matte shades are amazing. No smudging, stays for the longest time. Even after we eat or drink. The only question to the concerned authority though would be, why is it that, all other colors and category of shades come in bigger packs with more quantity while Retro matte is sold in lesser quantity for the same price? It would be great If I could get a response for this concern please! The store customer service is exceptional. The staff (specially the manager) help us promptly and are great at suggesting us things (better deals and about the products) A must visit store.

Not only did she teach me how to correctly use products I already own, she showed me two other things that complimented that, and she knew exactly what I needed. Ten stars!
