  Today I had a bittersweet experience at the Hair Cuttery in Garden State, Cherry Hill. The service I received from Ms. Aracely was impressively good—I would even say more than excellent; she was very attentive, very kind, and always smiling. As for Ms. Amanda, words fail me—her service was spectacular. The premises were very clean and tidy. However, what I did not like—and what left me feeling angry, upset, and frustrated—was the behavior of a woman whom I believe is named Donna. Before I was attended to, while I was waiting for my appointment, I observed and heard this "Donna" woman respond to a customer in an incredibly rude manner—actually shouting at him—at the very moment he was paying for the service she had provided him. The other thing I disliked was the ugly, rude, and humiliating way she addressed Ms. Aracely, shouting at her right in front of me; that does not reflect well on a business. It truly is an excellent establishment, and they sell very good products; however, regarding customer service, I was displeased with what I witnessed. I simply cannot understand how they can employ someone who treats their customers so poorly and rudely. Ms. Aracely’s service was a 10/10, and Ms. Amanda’s was also a 10/10; please, you really ought to send Donna to a customer service training course. Thank you very much.

  I've had much better for a lot less money. I'm 3/4 bald and getting a buzz cut. Stylist was definitely milking it. Once the hair is removed it's gone,no sense of going over it again and again removing a couple layers of skin! Rethinking hair cutlery. But, I don't want to let one episode tarnish your brand. Plus mistake isn't not properly even.

  I got my haircut with Donna and it was genuinely an awful experience. She had an attitude my whole visit. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she paid zero attention to it. When combing my hair she managed to rip out of my ear piercings and somehow get caught on my eyebrow piercing. Both obviously causing me pain.

  Amanda did an amazing job on my daughter’s highlights! She took the time to really listen to what we wanted and made sure everything came out perfect. The color turned out beautiful, blended so naturally, and looked even better than we imagined. She was so patient, professional, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Amanda if you’re looking for someone talented and detail-oriented!

  Tatiana is awesome. I waited way too long for a cut. Tatiana took my minimal, “fix it” , ( hopefully I was displaying a pitiful plea on my face) in stride. She remembered my look from my previous visits and executed the cut and style perfectly.
