    Got an awful awful haircut. I didn't expect it to be this bad. Definitely no effort was put in at all. Last time I ever go to a cheapy place. Unfortunately you get what you pay for.

    Got my hair trimmed I have very long hair and value it very much the stylist I think her name was Morgan she made sure to take off only what was okay with me and made my haircut experience very enjoyable

    I normally don’t write reviews, but after my experience at Hair Cuttery, I feel obligated to warn others. This was actually the second bad haircut I’ve received here, but the most recent one was so upsetting that it has stayed with me for months. I went in with hair just past my chest and asked for a shoulder-length cut with some layers to remove the damaged ends. I was very clear that I did not want a dramatic cut. As the appointment went on, I watched more and more hair come off, and by the end I was left with what was essentially a pixie cut. I was in tears before I even left the salon. I walked out wearing a hat because I was so embarrassed by how it looked. It was obvious to everyone, including the stylist, that the haircut was not what I had asked for and that I was extremely unhappy. Her response was, “I can try to fix it.” I declined because I couldn’t imagine how removing even more hair would improve the situation. Six months later, I am still trying to grow it out. The layers are uneven, the shape is awkward, and I am reminded of the experience every time I look in the mirror. A bad haircut can happen anywhere, but cutting off that much hair without giving the client what they requested is unacceptable. If you’re a woman with long hair who values it, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Wish I could give 0 stars.
