  i came in today for what i specifically asked to be a simple trim and blowout, and left completely upset and disappointed.before the service even started, i explained to stylist sally how important my hair length is to me. i shared that i had shaved my head two years ago for my friend who was battling cancer, and since she has passed, my hair length now holds a lot of sentimental value. i made it very clear that i wanted to take off as little as possible and gradually work on removing layers over time. unfortunately, none of that seemed to be taken seriously.as soon as she started cutting the back, i could immediately tell way too much was being taken off. at no point did she confirm with me how much she planned to cut, which is the bare minimum of communication you expect during a service like this. by the time it was done, my hair was about four inches shorter than it was when i walked in. on top of that, the cut itself is uneven and choppy not at all what i asked for. the blowout was also extremely disappointing. it didn’t look like a professional blowout at all it honestly looked like i had quickly and roughly blow dried my hair at home just to straighten it after. there was no polish, no volume, nothing that reflects what you pay for when you ask for a blowout.this wasn’t just a haircut to me, it had emotional meaning behind it, and that was completely disregarded. i left feeling frustrated and honestly pretty upset.i would not recommend coming here if you care about maintaining your length or want a stylist who actually listens to what you ask for.

  Me and my son went in for our haircuts, both with Diana! We will only book our appointments with her, she is an amazing hairstylist!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I can’t believe I actually paid for this haircut. Not only did you absolutely ruin my six year olds long hair you made it so it was impossible to fix. We had to completely buzz his hair when it was past his shoulder. Parents please do NOT bring your children here in hopes of getting a normal haircut.
