  I was sent here to pick up 2 orders with 10 minutes to go before closing. It was about 8 items, there is NO way I could have found everything myself. There was a VERY nice, extremely helpful lady there (wish I had asked her name but I feel weird doing that, she's probably the manager given how much she was doing, not just for me but for other shoppers). Who went and got half the items I needed for me (which she was already helping people, and she STILL made time to help me!) I am so grateful for her help! This was July 22nd at 8:50-9pm, in case the store wants to reward her in some way (they should, she's great!) Also, the cashier was very nice l! Great to have a GOOD experience in a retail store (which is rare these days!) Thank you!!

  I came into this Sephora today with my mom and immediately felt uncomfortable. It genuinely felt like I was being followed and watched the entire time. I went to try a Rhode product and within minutes two different employees asked if I needed help - even after I clearly said no. I didn't even get the chance to try the sample because people kept crowding the area, and every time I waited for the two-booth section, someone was hovering behind me again. The way the employees were in my space made me feel uneasy, almost like they assumed I was going to steal. When I got in line, my mom tried a K18 and Olaplex sample and the second they noticed, they rushed over and basically pushed us to pay immediately. It came off rude, unnecessary, and honestly ruined the whole experience. I don't usually shop here, and after today, I will make sure not too and will be purchasing rhode through online and other products at ultra.

  I had an amazing experience with Kristen at Sephora Bridgewater Commons. The day before my niece’s wedding, I came in needing makeup that would cover my melasma and help me feel confident. Kristen took the time to assess my skin, recommend the perfect products, and even applied the makeup for me in the store. What impressed me most was that she went above and beyond by texting me step-by-step instructions so I could recreate the look myself the next day. Thanks to her expertise and kindness, my makeup looked beautiful, covered my melasma perfectly, and I received many compliments at the wedding. Kristen is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you for making me feel confident and beautiful on such a special occasion! Judith

  This Sephora location is very large and very nice. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Ash for assistance if he is working. He used to work at the Sephora closer to our house, and we were so sad when he left, but we were absolutely thrilled to run into him at this location. Ash is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. We love him!
