    Jesslyn Irvin is truly amazing! She has such a talent for knowing exactly what my hair needs and always helps me find the perfect color and style while keeping it healthy and beautiful. The entire team at Samuel Cole Salon is warm, welcoming, and wonderful to be around. I’m so thankful I found Jesslyn and this salon! They are simply the best! .... 5 stars without a doubt!

    This was my first time in the salon after just moving to the area. Jaicey did an amazing job. She took the time to chat with me about exactly what I wanted to do with my color, cut and style first, in addition to the details that were gathered in the online form/texts before I came in. I am usually nervous about going to new salons/stylists because I’m super picky about how I like my hair but I truly felt like she listened and knew exactly what I wanted, so I trusted her to work her magic and she did not disappoint! I left with the brighter blonde color I wanted and feeling more myself again after a stressful couple months of moving. Thank you!

    I had a great onboarding/stylist experience. They were quick to respond to my appointment request and asked all the needed preliminary questions so I felt ready and taken care of once it was time for my session. I asked for appropriate face framing layers for my long hair and Trent Woods did a phenomenal job evaluating my facial structure, typical hair habits, what I wanted, and gave me everything I wanted and more. Would definitely recommend Trent for layered cuts for long hair.

    I've had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered!! Thank you Katie Pursche!! There was an accident on 440 which caused a complete shutdown of the highway this past Wednesday. I was absolutely stuck with no way out, and couldn't get to my 5:30 appointment until 6:15-6:30, according to my gps. I called multiple times and left messages beginning at 5pm. Since I couldn't get there by 6pm, the appt was cancelled. KATIE PURSCHE, pretended to be one of three owners, and relayed to me that the other two owners also agreed to not waive a 50% charge for the missed appointment. I have never cancelled, I have never been more than 5 minutes late, I've never been a no show! I haven't even rescheduled an appt which can't be said by the stylists who I have gone to in the salon. The ONLY REASON I was stuck on this highway during rush hour in the first place, was because my stylist changed her schedule just a few days prior and cancelled my appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I certainly didn't appreciate the change of appointment last minute considering it was scheduled many weeks prior, yet life happens. Additionally, I did not enjoy being stuck on a highway for 1 1/2 hours frantically trying to get to the appointment while doing everything I could to keep my stylist informed about the situation and then hearing Katie's response!! The stylists have the ability to cancel anytime they want, even same day and/or change time on same day, without any concern for customers' schedules, yet y'all expect customers to pay you when something completely unavoidable and not our fault occurs. There is no way I will pay this charge. I will easily find another salon to patron with a better management team!

    I have been going to Samuel Cole for probably 10 years. Today, I missed my first appointment EVER. I thought it was at 12:30, but it was at 11:30. They called me to let me know that because I missed the appointment, I couldn't book another appointment or get a bang trim (I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow) until I paid 50% of the haircut price ($47.00). I stupidly paid the money. My stylist would not trim my bangs even though there was time within my appointment still left. The front desk girl that was calling was very rude and my stylist stood next to her while she made the call. I have stuck with my stylist through her 2 children. I've gone to different people waiting for her to come back. She has cancelled my appointment over sick kids, her being sick, etc. About 2 months ago, I sat down in her chair to get my haircut and she got a call that her son had a fever. I graciously said I would rebook. She has now gone down to 2 days a week and this is the way she treats people. I guess there is no good will or value to good customers. Don't go to this salon.
