  I scheduled a hair appt a month ago and got a call 2 days prior to my hair appt that the stylist, Miah, was going to a concert and was not going to be available for my appt. When I asked for them to solve the problem within 3 days, they said that the only resolve they have would be to put me with a junior stylist who has only been doing hair for 3 months and then hung up on me when I said that was not suitable and that they needed to fix this as it is their problem. This is super unprofessional of Valeria and her staff. Not only was there not an apology but the salon was not willing to figure things out with an unprofessional problem that they caused.

  Abby was absolutely amazing! Good for conversation but also good when I didn’t care to talk. She was very inquisitive about what haircut I wanted and made sure I was okay every step of the way!! Fantastic experience!

From the relaxing head massage during the shampoo to the consistently outstanding haircut, every detail reflects their commitment to excellence. What keeps my wife and me coming back is the combination of exceptional service, talented stylists, and an atmosphere that's both professional and relaxing. We always leave feeling refreshed and looking our best. If you're looking for a salon that consistently delivers a first-class experience, I can't recommend A Valeria Boss Salon highly enough.

  I have been going to Karen at AVBS for over a decade. I first went there because I heard Karen is a master at cutting very thick, textured hair. (I had multiple bad haircuts elsewhere and I was ready to find someone who knew what they were doing with long thick hair). Now over a decade later, I still see Karen, and I'm overjoyed at how she cuts my hair. She is so kind, listens so well to my requests, and knows what she's doing. I trust her fully. I can relax and enjoy the entire experience. AVBS as a whole is a wonderful salon. The shampoo/conditioner washing experience is absolutely wonderful! They take the time to wash and condition your hair, and also build in time for a head massage, while relaxing spa music is playing in the background! It's literally the best!! I LOVE AVBS! I have sent many friends there, and I know you will love it too!!

  Like the The stylist she does wonderful. I had problems making contact with the salon, but they finally got back to me the day after my appointment I give the salon a four stars because of the stylist front in needs help.
