  Very disappointing experience today. I booked a partial foil, but once I arrived, the stylist suggested doing a 10-pack because she wanted to see how my color would lift. I trusted her recommendation. After almost three hours, I cannot see the foils at all. They are basically invisible. The stylist even had to ask for help deciding which toner to use, and after trying two different toners, the result was still the same. My grays are covered and my haircut is okay, but the main service I came in for was the foils. What makes this even more frustrating is that the front desk charged me as if I had received a partial foil, plus the other services, and then asked me for a tip. At that point, I honestly felt frustrated. I paid for a service that I cannot even see. At the end, I was told, “But it’s beautiful.” That was not the point. I wasn’t asking whether my hair was beautiful. I was expecting to see the service I paid for. Three hours of my time and money spent for a result that is essentially invisible. Very disappointing. I’ve never had this experience at a salon in Sunbear before.

  Natalie, the Estetician was superb and very knowledgeable about her work and skills not only that she was very easy to work with And Very patient and understanding with all my questions. She's very personable and is professional and technically knowledgeable. I can't wait for my next appointment. She's the best.!

  As a former lash extension addict, I decided to try a lash lift and tint. Nia was very informative about the process, and took time to consult with me on the strategy. I was blown away by the results! So natural looking, not nearly as irritating on my eyes. I am a fan for life. The spa set up is very nice too: a relaxing scent and soundscape, comfortable heated beds. I am looking forward to my next appointment and to try more services.
